The owner, who has trained in Seattle, NY, and Hong Kong, proposes a new Edo-style sushi that is not bound by tradition.
We offer an experience that can truly be called the "sixth sense" unique to our restaurant, allowing customers to enjoy not only the "five senses" of sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch, but also a sense of unity with the owner and among customers.
The sake is carefully selected mainly from Fukushima, and the pairing courses are also well received.
