This is a new type of business that offers "authentic Edomae sushi" based on traditional techniques, provided through "touch panels" and "dedicated lanes for ordered items."

You can comfortably use it alone or in a group. In addition to the authentic sushi made with "tuna" purchased at Toyosu Market and fresh fish directly sourced from all over the country with dazzling freshness, we also have a rich variety of original creative sushi.
