Our shop allows you to relax in a luxurious space. It is a place where you can enjoy high-quality meat and fine sake, carefully selected by the owner.

The meat we use includes the "Yukifuri Wagyu," which consists exclusively of unbreached heifers from Obanazawa beef, aged 32 months or older and of grade 3 or higher, as well as premium brand meat from Okinawa.

"Yukifuri Wagyu" refers to cattle that have spent over two years in Obanazawa, known for its famous snowy landscapes. Obanazawa has a temperature difference of about 50 degrees between summer and winter, and this temperature fluctuation helps develop natural fat in the cattle. The richness of the fat is concentrated, resulting in a melting texture like powdery snow.

Since our staff will grill the meat for you, there is no need to worry about the cooking level, and you can enjoy it at its best state. If you communicate your preferred way of eating, they can also make adjustments, so feel free to consult.

Private rooms are also available, making it perfect for dates or when you want to entertain someone special. We have introduced a roaster that does not emit any smoke, preventing odors from sticking to your clothes or hair, which is another key point.
