A sophisticated yakiniku restaurant with a calm atmosphere

Our restaurant offers a luxurious space where you can relax comfortably. It is a place where you can enjoy high-quality meat and fine sake that the owner is passionate about.

The meat we use is carefully selected, including only “Yukifuri Wagyu,” which comes from nulliparous female Obanazawa beef aged over 32 months and graded at least 3 or higher, as well as other premium branded meats from Okinawa Prefecture.

“Yukifuri Wagyu” refers to cattle that have spent more than two years in Obanazawa City, which is famous for its snowy landscapes. Obanazawa experiences a temperature difference of about 50 degrees Celsius between summer and winter, and this temperature variation naturally fosters the development of fat in the cattle. The flavor of the fat is condensed, providing a melt-in-the-mouth texture like powdery snow.

Since our staff grills the meat for you, there is no need to worry about the cooking level, allowing you to enjoy it in the best condition. If you tell us your preferred way of eating, we can also customize it, so feel free to consult us.

Private rooms are also available, making the restaurant perfect for dates or occasions when you want to entertain someone special. We have introduced smokeless roasters, so there is no smoke at all, and your clothes and hair will not absorb any odors.
