Enjoying sushi in a stylish space where jazz is playing.

We offer fresh seafood directly from the source and select coastal seafood from Hakata, Toyosu, and Hokkaido. In order to enhance the flavors while utilizing the ingredients, we age them before serving to everyone.

The rice for our sushi is specially sourced domestic rice. We use red vinegar to achieve a refreshing flavor.

We have a variety of seasonal sake, shochu, wine, and champagne available, so please enjoy them with your meal.

    White fish, squid, and shiny fish are sourced from Nagahama Port, while shrimp and tuna are procured from Tsukiji in Tokyo. Salmon roe, sea urchin, and shellfish are ordered from Hokkaido, where the best ingredients are available. You can enjoy sushi with exceptionally fresh toppings.
