The shop name embodies our passionate desire to deliver a powerful "punch" that will create a fresh breakthrough in the sushi industry.
The owner, Yuichiro Sasaki, hails from Tomakomai, Hokkaido. After working as a salesman for a construction trading company, he became a sushi chef. He has also worked in Mongolia and can assist you fluently in English.
Our rice is a special blend of two premium brand rices from Niigata, cooked firm with red vinegar to an al dente texture that retains a core. For toppings, we offer a rich selection of carefully chosen ingredients, including the highest-grade domestic natural bluefin tuna from Japan’s top tuna wholesaler "Yamayuki," as well as fresh, direct-from-the-source ingredients leveraging the head chef’s local connections in Hokkaido.
Although our prices are lower than the average in Azabu-Juban, we strive daily to provide our customers with the highest level of performance. Please experience the powerful yet delicate sushi of “Sushi Punch” crafted by Chef Sasaki, who brings an unconventional background and passion to his work.
