The shop name embodies our passionate desire to deliver a powerful "punch" that will create a fresh breakthrough in the sushi industry.
The owner, Yuichiro Sasaki, is originally from Tomakomai, Hokkaido. After working as a salaryman at an architectural trading company, he became a sushi chef. He also has work experience in Mongolia and can respond fluently in English.
Our sushi rice is a special al dente style made with Hokkaido-grown Nanatsuboshi rice and red vinegar, leaving a firm core. For toppings, we offer a rich selection of carefully chosen ingredients delivered directly from production areas, including the highest-grade domestically sourced bluefin tuna from "Yamako," the top tuna wholesaler in Japan, as well as other ingredients leveraging the owner’s local network in Hokkaido.
Although our prices are lower than the average in Azabu-Juban, we strive daily to provide the highest performance to our customers. Please experience the powerful yet delicate sushi of “Sushi Punch” crafted by Chef Sasaki, who has an unorthodox background and great passion.
