Located in the gourmet town of Osaka Kitashinchi, 'Sushi Tada' is a renowned restaurant famous for its chef’s heartfelt omakase course crafted by the skilled chef, Tada. After training at a long-established restaurant in Osaka Kitashinchi and spending several years honing his craft at sushi establishments in Tokyo, he established his own place in his hometown of Osaka. He offers a unique sushi experience utilizing Edo-style techniques that cleverly incorporate seasonal ingredients from the Kansai region.

The calm space features eight seats. Each piece served over the counter tells a story of harmony between ingredients and technique. Please enjoy a serene moment created by carefully selected fresh fish sourced from across the country and rice seasoned with his unique blend of vinegar.

Please note that due to the limited nature of the JAPAN FOOD GUIDE exclusive course, reservations for the course are limited to one group per time slot and are available exclusively for private bookings. Due to limited time availability, we ask for your understanding in advance when making a reservation.
