Located in the gourmet city of Osaka's Kitashinchi, "Sushidokoro Tada" is a renowned establishment famous for its heartfelt omakase course crafted by the skilled chef Tada Taisho.
After training at a long-established store in Osaka Kitashinchi and undergoing several years of experience at sushi restaurants in Tokyo, he became independent in his hometown Osaka. Using Edo-style techniques skillfully incorporating the seasonal ingredients of Kansai, he offers a unique sushi experience.
There are eight seats in a calm space. Each piece served across the counter tells the harmony of ingredients and craftsmanship.
Please enjoy a serene moment woven from carefully selected fresh fish gathered nationwide and specially blended vinegar rice cooked in-house.
Please note that the course is exclusive to the JAPAN FOOD GUIDE limited course, with only one reservation per time slot, offering a private dining experience. As the available times are limited, please make your reservation with prior understanding.
