A sushi restaurant that does not display a sign and is fully reservation-based with a limit of 7 guests per day.

We use only natural fish and provide an explanation of the production area each time we serve a dish.

Only red vinegar and salt are used for the rice.

Based on the carefully selected daily ingredients chosen by the owner who is particular about natural products, we deliver seasonal sushi.

The various toppings, which are elaborately prepared with unique twists, burst with interesting flavors and deliciousness as you take a bite.

While white vinegar has become mainstream nowadays, we use red vinegar, which was used for nigiri sushi until before the war, allowing you to experience the genuine taste of red vinegar.
