A luxurious space where you can enjoy Edo-style sushi and sake in a renovated traditional house in a back alley of Senba.

The store is located just off a bustling street in a luxurious space with only a counter. We offer Edomae sushi.

In addition to sushi, we also have carefully selected sake that pairs well with our sushi, allowing you to enjoy seasonal ingredients throughout the year.

Our sushi rice is prepared with consideration for the taste of people from the Kansai region, staying true to the Edomae style.

While traditional Edomae sushi rice typically does not include sugar or uses very little, here at Sushi Toyataka, we aim to create a slightly sweeter rice that doesn't tire you out.

The renovated old house provides a warm atmosphere where you can enjoy your meal while gazing at the garden view, making it a truly luxurious experience.

Remarks
