A luxurious space where you can enjoy Edo-style sushi and sake in a renovated traditional house in a back alley of Senba.

The interior of the shop, located just one alley away from the bustling streets, is a luxurious space with only a counter. We offer Edo-style sushi.

In addition to sushi, we also provide carefully selected sake that pairs well with our sushi, allowing you to enjoy seasonal ingredients and sake throughout the year.

Our rice is prepared as Edo-style sushi rice, tailored to suit the palate of people from the Kansai region.

While traditional Edo-style rice contains little to no sugar, at Sushi Toyotaka we add a slight sweetness to the rice to prevent palate fatigue.

Renovated from an old traditional house, the space where you can dine at the counter while overlooking the garden view offers warmth and an even more luxurious dining experience.
