Founded in the Meiji era, the establishment was separated from a famous restaurant before the war and started its business in 1971.
Since then, we have continuously sourced tuna from the finest tuna specialty wholesalers in Tsukiji and are always prepared to offer a variety of tuna.
Moreover, the exceptional quality of the ingredients is skillfully brought out by our artisans. Each ingredient, such as lean tuna, medium fatty tuna, and tuna throat, is processed according to its specific characteristics. Additionally, the nori we use is hand-roasted to perfection.
