The only option available is the chef's choice course, and the recommended dishes, sushi, and rolls will change depending on the day's ingredients and the condition of the fish. We offer a wide selection of approximately 35 types of sake primarily from Tokyo, Tohoku, and the Mie Prefecture area. Depending on the meal's contents, we can also suggest recommendations; please choose from high, medium, or low. Of course, we also have options other than sake, so please ask the staff.
