Our restaurant is located in the Ginza 8-chome area, which is known as the pinnacle of sushi and is home to many skilled establishments. The owner possesses the ability to develop Ginza sushi restaurants into popular spots at a young age and has sister shops overseas. In October 2017, the owner successfully achieved independence after much preparation.
The owner, who has impressed food connoisseurs both domestically and internationally, aims to create a space in his own restaurant that is not the austere sushi establishments of Ginza, but rather a homey environment where guests can relax and enjoy their meals. The interior is generously adorned with warm wood, including a white wood counter, a ceiling made of woven bamboo, doors, and a wood-carved refrigerator, creating a high-quality sense of everyday escape.
