Experience "Edo-style sushi" which is carefully prepared with heart and soul, in a calm Japanese space.

In order to familiarize people with "sushi in Ginza," we have a style of "affordable pricing," "the owner enjoys communication," and "the ability to consult about desired ingredients." The seafood sourced from Toyosu is used up on the same day to "preserve freshness." The basic principle is "to source tomorrow's ingredients tomorrow." Grilled fish is also dried to concentrate the flavor, and with careful attention such as removing bones during preparation, we delight our customers.
