Eat delicious sushi casually standing up. Special red vinegar rice made by uniquely blending two types of brand rice within three days after milling. Enjoy the carefully selected fresh and large ingredients, including the authentic tuna purchased by the shop owner and sourced from Toyosu Market. It also pairs excellently with our special dashi soy sauce.
