After working at restaurants in Tsukiji, Ginza, and Aoyama, I spent 10 years at the Roppongi Grand Hyatt Tokyo. With approximately 30 years of experience, I opened my restaurant in December 2014 with the hope of having many people in my hometown of Shinagawa enjoy delicious sushi.
At the counter, please enjoy conversations with the artisans, and in private rooms and table seats, relax with your friends. We also provide service in English.
