A restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Edomae sushi.

After working at stores in Tsukiji, Ginza, and Aoyama, I spent 10 years at the Roppongi Grand Hyatt Tokyo. With about 30 years of experience, I opened my restaurant in December 2014 with the desire to serve delicious sushi to many people in my local area, Shinagawa.

At the counter, enjoy conversations with the chefs, and in private rooms or at table seats, relax and enjoy moments with like-minded friends.
