The hospitality of Edomae sushi that has been passed down.

Bando, which was born as an annex of the famous restaurant Takumidachi located in Shinjuku Gyoen, opened on January 8, 2021, as a sister store.

The name "Bando" means "8" in sushi terminology. The owner chose this name for its connotation of "8 = prosperity = good fortune."

We will deliver surprises and emotions to our customers with our seasonal omakase course featuring sushi and appetizers. Please enjoy it along with our carefully selected local sake.

Strollers are allowed in the store. Please refrain from visiting with a large amount of luggage. Since the space in the store is limited, please avoid coming in wearing strong perfumes or cosmetics. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late from your reservation time, please contact us. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation, we may treat it as a cancellation. Please refrain from using flash photography and making loud noises, as they may disturb other customers. Reservations are not accepted for those who cannot eat raw fish. Children will be charged the same amount as the regular adult price.
