The hospitality of Edomae sushi that has been passed down.

Sushi Bando, established as an annex of the Michelin-certified renowned restaurant Takumidahiro in Shinjuku Gyoenmae, opened as a sister store on January 8, 2021.

The name "Bando" means "8" in sushi terminology. The owner chose this name because the number eight symbolizes prosperity and good fortune.

With an omakase course featuring sushi and appetizers that reflect the changing seasons, we deliver surprise and inspiration to our customers. Please enjoy it together with our special local sake.

Strollers are allowed in the store. Please refrain from visiting with a large amount of luggage. Since the space in the store is limited, please avoid coming in wearing strong perfumes or cosmetics. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late from your reservation time, please contact us. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation, we may treat it as a cancellation. Please refrain from using flash photography and making loud noises, as they may disturb other customers. Reservations are not accepted for those who cannot eat raw fish. Children will be charged the same amount as the regular adult price.
