I want to convey the charm of Japan's high-quality food culture.
Our shop offers Edomae sushi, kaiseki cuisine, and paired Austrian wines. We provide hospitality that blends a refined atmosphere with the warmth of a downtown setting.
The founder established a separate store in Kobe Motomachi in 1921 with the desire to delight customers with sushi. Later, in 1949, the shop was relocated to Tsukiji.
And now, the spirit of the founder is carried on by the family. With the intention of bringing smiles and vitality to customers through high-quality Japanese cuisine, and to pass down authentic flavors to future generations, we opened our shop in 2010.
