Sushi is simple. Because it is simple, it has profound depth.

Fresh ingredients should be prepared while they are fresh, and those that require preparation should be handled with care, without any particularly difficult tasks. We carefully form each piece of sushi with delicious rice cooked perfectly in a rice cooker and carefully selected ingredients. Please enjoy the freshly made delicious sushi.

The interior is bright and generously uses cypress wood, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The cypress counter made from a single slab is about 6 meters long and is a pride of our establishment. Sushi is made on beautifully polished black marble.

Sushi is often thought to be high-end, but we hope you can enjoy authentic sushi without feeling tense. We aim to create a place where customers leave feeling energized, thinking, "I will do my best again starting tomorrow!"

    Edo-style sushi served on a proud 6-meter single slab of hinoki counter and beautifully polished black marble. Sushi is often thought to be exclusive, but we hope you can enjoy authentic sushi without any pressure. We aim to create a place where our guests feel rejuvenated and think, "Let's do our best again starting tomorrow!"
  • We procure and offer fresh seafood in accordance with the seasons.
    In spring, you can enjoy seasonal delicacies such as "Harukodai" and "Botan Ebi," and in summer, "Shinko" and "Anago" at our restaurant in a relaxed setting. The harmony of the fluffy rice cooked in a bamboo pot and carefully selected fresh ingredients is delightful. Additionally, we take the time to prepare our appetizers.
