A hidden sushi restaurant in Nishiazabu
Our shop is a hidden sushi restaurant located in a quiet residential area that makes you forget the hustle and bustle of Nishi-Azabu. You can relax and enjoy your meal in a traditional space with tatami floors by taking off your shoes at the entrance. During winter, the floor heating adds to your comfort. The warm atmosphere, centered around the counter seats, is complemented by the attentive service of the owner, who warmly welcomes every visitor.
The small-sized nigiri boasts a perfect balance of rice firmness, temperature, and vinegared flavor. The ingredients, especially the medium fatty tuna, kohada, and white shrimp, are exquisite. The balance between the dishes and the nigiri is excellent, allowing customers to enjoy a blissful time with sake.
