In our shop located on the second floor of Gaku-Dai Yokocho near Gakugei Daigaku Station in Meguro-ku, we offer Edo-style sushi courses made with meticulous attention to detail. Please enjoy a variety of nigiri that incorporate traditional Edo techniques while also embracing new innovations.
We regularly visit Toyosu Market to procure fresh fish. In particular, we source tuna from specialized vendors.
While we sometimes serve fish that we have caught ourselves, all fresh fish is kept in our ice room at a uniform temperature to maintain freshness. Whether for everyday use or for a date or celebration, please feel free to visit us.
