MOTTO Steadily from small things
A small restaurant with only seven counter seats is managed entirely by the owner alone.
The sushi served is Edo-style, consisting of courses that combine appetizers, grilled dishes, and more, using natural fish procured fresh on the day from Toyosu.
Based on the taste of traditional Kyoto cuisine from the mentor, Mr. Nishitani of Sushi Iwa Sohonten, we offer sushi kaiseki.
In our cooking, we are particular about ingredient selection, cooking methods that bring out the essence of the ingredients, and seasoning that pays attention to the five tastes and textures.
