An established company founded in 1950.

We want local residents, distant visitors, and overseas customers to enjoy delicious sushi. With that feeling, we are continuously honing our skills every day.

We procure ingredients from reliable suppliers with whom we have had a long-standing relationship. In particular, our anago (conger eel) and kohada (gizzard shad) are our proud sushi.

Please enjoy your meal while savoring the atmosphere of a traditional town sushi restaurant.
