A long-established sushi restaurant with over 50 years of history, located in Toyosu Market, where a sake sommelier is present and freshly prepared sushi is served at the counter using carefully selected fish.

A shop quietly standing in a residential area, with over 50 years of history. The owner personally visits Toyosu Market to select carefully chosen seasonal ingredients. The sake, which complements these ingredients, is selected by the owner, who is also a "sake sommelier." Please enjoy the carefully curated sake. The rice is cooked to match the reservation time as closely as possible. Enjoy freshly made delicious sushi at the counter.
