We prepare the fish with specific methods, choose the right seasonings, and use different types of vinegar to provide the best possible sushi. We maintain a relaxed atmosphere for those experiencing counter sushi for the first time, so please feel free to visit us.
Our courses include a variety of dishes nearly equal in quantity to the sushi. Using fish that reflects the seasons, we prepare the ingredients to bring out their maximum flavor.
Warm dishes are served between sushi pieces. They pair excellently with our proudly offered sake and shochu, and the inclusion of numerous dishes leads to a highly satisfying course experience.
