"Sushikuma" is a Japanese cuisine and sushi restaurant located a 5-minute walk from Akasaka Station in Fukuoka Daimyo.

You can enjoy delicious, specially crafted dishes in a cozy space filled with the warmth of wood. We focus on using only Kyushu-sourced ingredients and stock a selection of sake from the Kyushu region.

To ensure we offer seasonal items and allow you to savor the local flavors, we procure fish every day and emphasize sourcing vegetables from places like Hinokikari in Takeda, Oita, and other Kyushu products.

Of course, our sake is also from across the Kyushu region. The standout characteristic of Kyushu's local sake is its ability to enhance the dishes, and we have selected particularly good matches for fish among the many excellent sakes available.
