私は外国人なので日本語は分かりませんが、シェフは英語と写真でそれぞれの料理を私たちに紹介しようと一生懸命努力してくれました。彼らは私たちと英語でコミュニケーションをとるためにも最善を尽くします。このレストランは家族経営です。お料理も美味しいです。おまかせコースは私と家族に良い印象を与えました。

  • Flavorful rice made with red vinegar
    We use large-grained, glossy rice from Saga for the sushi rice. The flavor of the red vinegar enhances the taste of the ingredients, allowing you to enjoy a wonderful harmony.
  • A variety of appetizers and sushi.
    The carefully prepared appetizers, including chawanmushi made with shrimp and crab stock and mini ikura don, are highly regarded for their variety. The alternating service with nigiri allows for a delightful change in flavors.
