All dishes are served as chef's choice, featuring seasonal fish prepared and served at their peak deliciousness. We proudly offer not only our consistently popular fish but also seasonal varieties. Our focus is on live seafood and local catch.

Since the fish we acquire changes daily, you can enjoy a different taste each time you visit.

We also source high-quality natural striped jack (shima-aji) from Chiran, Kagoshima, which is a rarity to find.
