A carefully crafted piece of sushi, with high-quality ingredients and skillfully shaped by the hands of a craftsman.

Our shop, located just a minute from Nakano-Sakaue Station, has been in business for over 45 years.

With the intention of providing accessible dining, the owner personally visits Toyosu Market every morning to carefully select fresh fish, ensuring that every aspect from ingredient sourcing to serving is met with dedication, offering exquisite dishes at reasonable prices.

We use seasoned vinegar for our rice and cook it with kelp from Rishiri, yielding slightly sweet and firm grains.

The amount of rice is adjusted according to the size and thickness of the toppings, creating a perfectly balanced dish. By intentionally keeping the toppings minimally processed, you can fully enjoy the natural flavors and tastes of the ingredients.

We also offer daily changing side dishes that pair well with sake and other alcoholic beverages, making it ideal for gatherings.

We kindly ask that you refrain from visiting with strong perfumes or cosmetics. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation. Please refrain from using flash photography or making loud noises, as these actions may disturb other customers.
