Our establishment, which has welcomed customers for over 40 years in a hotel in Shinjuku, presents an omakase course featuring seasonal nigiri and wagyu tataki, showcasing the finest ingredients. The menu features only three courses that change monthly, aligned with the seasonal availability of ingredients. We meticulously select fresh fish from Toyosu Market and focus not only on sushi but also on a la carte dishes like steamed and grilled items.

The main courses, "Premium Omakase" and "Special Omakase," are perfect for entertaining international guests while experiencing the four seasons of Japan.

We offer a counter where you can enjoy the vibrant craftsmanship of our chefs, as well as private rooms. The tranquil Japanese-style atmosphere creates a refined space ideal for adults, making it perfect for dates and celebrations.

Dinner on a lovely Friday

The restaurant had an opulent ambiance and a comfortable interior. The staff were exceptionally well-trained in both service and food quality. Although we do not speak Japanese, the chef was able to introduce his dishes to us, which we greatly appreciated. The drink menu was presented within one minute of our glasses being empty. Finally, we were escorted by the female staff and the chef himself with a warm farewell. Overall, the service, food, and interior design met our expectations.

Everything is in my expectations, Food quality, services … All are good ! But I am expecting it’s a fine dinning, not serve as a fast food speed ! My lovely wife complained the food were prepared too fast ! She hadn’t finished one sushi, next serve was already on the table ! Eventually we took 50 minutes to complete all the omakase courses… done like in a sushi fast food restaurant!
