Our restaurant, run by a chef who trained as a sushi craftsman at a renowned establishment in Ginza, offers uniquely enjoyable sushi.
Utilizing my experience from serving as the manager at the famous Edomae sushi restaurant "Ginza Kyuubee" for eight years, and at "Ginza Sushiiti," I deliver a special dish just for you.
We captivate many customers with dishes featuring rare ingredients, such as an appetizer made with flounder lavishly topped with truffle.
We use both red and white vinegar for the sushi rice and meticulously prepare the fish without sparing any effort. Please enjoy this new dining experience that will make your heart race for the next piece.
