Enjoy the exquisite Japanese cuisine and sushi, which are distinguished by a sense of balance.

Inspired by the teachings of Buddha, there is a wish embedded in the hope that you do not forget a straight heart.

When opening a sushi restaurant, I thought about how to apply my learning of Japanese cuisine to sushi-making.

While mastering the basic sushi ingredients, I incorporate seasonal ingredients such as ayu fish smoked with bamboo shoots and wood buds.
