We are particular about the course content because we do not want to create moments where you think, "I want to eat a little more, but I should hold back because of money." To deliver high-quality deliciousness to more people, we do not compromise on ingredients and purchase only the best. Many repeat customers come back, and we are confident in our taste. We buy whole bluefin tuna! The owner also goes to the market every morning to procure carefully selected fresh fish and other ingredients.

體驗是差的。首先我們不是日本人所以不能坐吧枱，只是安排坐在一個角落，沒有裝修好像是但有空位就放幾張枱給外國人。另外omasaka 的壽司係一早預備好，魚生完全係乾一啲都唔新鮮，因為個個都係同一個menu已經係流水式，實在不能接受。絕對唔會再去！

The waiter Ikaya San (I hope I got his name right ) was very helpful, friendly and professional . Sushi was good but not great. Service was great.
