We are particular about the course content because we do not want to create moments where you think, "I want to eat a little more, but I should hold back because of money." To deliver high-quality deliciousness to more people, we do not compromise on ingredients and purchase only the best. Many repeat customers come back, and we are confident in our taste. We buy whole bluefin tuna! The owner also goes to the market every morning to procure carefully selected fresh fish and other ingredients.

期待して来店しましたが、帰る頃にはとても不快な気分になりました。食材やサービスは価格に見合わず、良かったのはウニと前菜くらいです。基本コース（1人13,000円）だったためか奥の席に案内され、店内の盛り上がりも感じられませんでした。
いくらをかける際に掛け声を求められ気まずく、盛り付けも写真ほどではなく、提供順も不自然でした。寿司の後に突然すき焼きが出て、調理の途中で火が消え、そのまま一度下げられ、しばらくしてから再び提供されました。その後に天ぷらが出るなど流れが混乱していました。茶碗蒸しも出ておらず、指摘してから提供されました。
さらに汁物は塩辛く、メニューの流れでは追加注文を確認するはずなのに店員からは何も聞かれず、そのままデザートのアイスを出されそうになりました。これも指摘してからようやく追加注文に対応してもらえました。全体的にネットの印象と大きく異なり、対応にも差を感じました。また、ドリンクの注文がほぼ必須の雰囲気で、コース料金を払っている以上、お茶や水は提供されるべきだと思います。

2. Reservation rules for the Ultimate Omakase Course
The “Ultimate Omakase Course (counter seats only)” is available only at the following times:
- Weekdays: 12:00 / 14:00 / 17:00 / 19:00 / 21:30
- Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays: 12:00 / 14:00 / 16:00 / 18:00 / 20:30
Guests who wish to book this course must select one of the times above.

3. For guests with children
Children are welcome, but please use table seating.
A children’s menu (sushi or Western-style set, JPY 1,500 incl. tax) can be chosen on the day.
If you order a course meal, children under 12 receive half off the course price.
