The bliss of "All-you-can-eat sweets + exquisite sushi" located after climbing the 56 steps, a fusion of sushi and sweets.

Our restaurant, located just a two-minute walk from the west exit of Ebisu Station, is a blissful space where you can enjoy exquisite sushi and delicious sweets. To enter our establishment, there is a special condition: you must climb the stairs to the fifth floor. Beyond that awaits a moment of luxurious flavors and healing.

The menu is simply a chef's choice course. You can savor a wide range of offerings, from the classic nodoguro and honmaguro akami to rare seafood. The lightly textured rice made with red vinegar is exquisite, and to top it off, we offer an all-you-can-eat selection of seasonal wagashi at the end of your meal.

With the concept of merging a sushi restaurant and a sweet shop found at the mountain pass, the exterior resembles a mountain tea house. Inside, the restaurant features a luxurious atmosphere centered around black, with a U-shaped counter of 10 seats that provides beautiful representations inspired by the night sky. We invite you to experience the fusion of exquisite sushi and sweets.
