Our shop utilizes the experience of the owner, who has cultivated expertise as a middle wholesaler in Toyosu, to carefully select delicious ingredients each day through their own discerning eye.

The rice, cooked in a traditional pot to a firmer texture, is made with our unique blend of red vinegar and salt, creating a distinct sushi rice that has a strong presence. This prominent sushi rice enhances the natural flavors and aromas of the fish.
