Amid rising prices, to maintain a high level of quality with just the two of us as a couple, we have opened a new restaurant in the quiet residential area of Yutenji, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
In addition to our proud sushi, we offer a variety of dishes such as grilled and simmered items in a course style, with an omakase menu that makes the most of seasonal ingredients.
It seems we have been listed in the Michelin Guide since 2018, but we remain humble and sincere without becoming complacent, carefully selecting only the ingredients we believe are good every day to prepare our dishes.
In addition to seasonal ingredients, we incorporate various cooking methods to maximize the appeal of the ingredients. Also, since our family runs a rice shop, we have a strong commitment to the rice used for sushi. You can enjoy new inspirations each time you visit, along with the unique flavors of our restaurant.
We also offer a selection of alcoholic beverages such as sake and shochu, so please enjoy them together with your meal.
The restaurant has a total of 12 seats (8 at the counter) and features a calm atmosphere with a Japanese vibe, providing spacious seating so you can use it for various occasions.
