Our eel is produced in Aichi and its simple seasoning enhances the flavor of the ingredients.
It also goes well with freshly milled rice shipped directly from Akita.

We offer a variety of course plans, and we also recommend our kaiseki course that makes the most of seasonal ingredients.
The course using the highest quality domestic torafugu (blowfish) features a grilled albacore pufferfish dish.

The restaurant is available for a variety of occasions in an at-home atmosphere where you can enjoy the owner's techniques up close at the warm wooden counter seats.
