With over 30 varieties of sake collected from Niigata Prefecture, our sake pairs exceptionally well with sushi.
In particular, the bluefin tuna from Fujita Suisan boasts an unparalleled flavor that we highly recommend you order.
The interior of the restaurant provides a relaxed and spacious atmosphere, making it perfect for dining with family or a partner.
We use "Mizuhonokagayaki" rice from Myoko City, Niigata Prefecture, and to enhance the sweetness, we use "Sasanagarenosio," a salt produced in Niigata Prefecture, which does not contain any sugar.
