Welcome to our restaurant where you can enjoy healthy sushi and sake with the maximum flavor of the ingredients.

For nearly 20 years, our store has been loved by many customers, offering sushi made with seasonal fish and low in salt for a healthy dining experience. Our special rice is a blend of four types of vinegar with Sasanishiki, allowing you to enjoy the finest sushi, including the chef's pride, "Kohada," in our "nigiri omakase course," which is crafted with great care and effort.

Additionally, our sake sommelier has carefully selected a wide variety of sake from all over Japan, as well as white wine from Tochigi and shochu. Our cozy interior features both counter seats and private rooms, accommodating a range of dining experiences from casual meals to business dinners and special celebrations. On Saturdays and holidays, families with children are also very welcome.

  • Tender stewed octopus
    Sashima, facing Sagami Bay, is home to abundant abalone and other shellfish and lobsters that serve as food for octopus.
    The local octopus grown there has an exceptional flavor and aroma.

    The octopus is salted while still alive and cooked slowly over a variable heat for one hour, resulting in a very soft and tender octopus.
  • Crab Untan Ikura
    Carefully loosened hairy crab meat from the shell is topped with luxurious sea urchin and salmon roe.
    The aroma of seafood spreads in your mouth.

    It is an excellent match with the owner's carefully selected sake.

    Kohada" is a representative of fish whose exquisite flavor can be brought out depending on the skill of the craftsman.
