Details

The instructor will introduce four different ways of gripping the rice.
Feel the difference in the way of gripping while tasting.
"Tate-gata", "Kote-gata", "Hitote-gata", and "Honte-gata" will be shown. We will also show you the "tate-gata", "kote-gata", "ichite-gata" and "honte-gata".

[Sushi Ingredients
Fresh fish such as salmon, tuna, and blue back fish
Cooked fish such as shrimp, egg, eel, etc.
Tuna, bacon, grilled meat, etc.
Vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, avocado, tomatoes, etc.
We offer more than 8 different kinds of ingredients.
