During this sake brewery tour, you will visit the Toshimaya Sake Brewery, which was founded in 1596.
The Toshimaya Sake Brewery brews several varieties of sake using spring water from Mt.
It is one of the oldest sake breweries in Tokyo and a great place to learn about the long history of sake.
As you tour the brewery, a local guide will help you understand the sake brewing process from start to finish.
