◆See seafood, sushi, yakitori, wagyu beef, and a variety of other foods, and actually purchase and enjoy the tuna used in making sushi!
Learn about the appeal of Japanese food and the process of creating its deliciousness from a nationally certified professional guide.
◆Through food, you will be introduced to the essence of Japanese culture, including the Japanese way of working and Japanese religion.
We will make the following two kinds of sushi and eat them by ourselves.

1 Gunkanzushi (hardened rice topped with ingredients such as salmon roe, cod roe, negitoro, etc. and wrapped in nori seaweed)
2 Nigiri-zushi (hardened rice topped with ingredients such as tuna, shrimp, white fish, etc.)
Two kits of easy-to-use sushi making tools for beginners will be presented as souvenirs.
*This may be a joint event with other groups.

With the two combination type kits we use, even beginners can make beautifully shaped sushi rolls.

　In our classes, we can also instruct those who want to make sushi without using the kits. Our clients make their own sushi according to their ability and wishes.

　After making the sushi, they will have their own meal. Throughout the meal and afterwards, our instructors will talk about vinegar, gari, wasabi and other condiments related to sushi, as well as Japanese dining etiquette. All instructors have a high level of English (or French, etc.) language skills, making the conversation very enjoyable.
