Summary

We will enjoy the season in Ohnagatani (大長谷).
After a walk in the forest, enjoy a bath in the Hase Onsen hot springs.

Details

Oonagatani (大長谷), located on the border with Gifu Prefecture, is a village where the life of a mountain village is still alive. In spring, when the snow melts, wild vegetables such as kogomi-gomi, butterbur sprouts, and koshira (a type of edible wild plant) grow, and in autumn, the forests are filled with autumn leaves and mushrooms, allowing visitors to experience nature. Please spend a wonderful time here.

This is an exciting plan that allows you to enjoy each season. A mountain expert will guide you on a walk. Lunch at Ohnagaya Furusato Center is included. After working up a sweat, please relax at the Ohnagaya Onsen hot spring.

Spring Wild Vegetable Plan (April to June)
Summer: Summer Satoyama Walking Plan (July to September)
Autumn - Mushroom Plan (October to November)
Winter: Snowshoeing (January to March)

Notes

We will be hiking for about 2 hours, so please wear comfortable walking shoes.
