Along the old Hokuriku Kaido Road in the center of Toyama City, there are many restaurants serving Toyama's famous "trout sushi. After tasting trout sushi at three restaurants, you will have a sushi lunch using fish from Toyama Bay, which will be prepared especially for this tour. Please enjoy Toyama's famous "trout sushi" and seasonal "sushi".
