Why don't you make by hand the sausages you often eat at home? The pork is of course from Hokkaido. From squeezing and stuffing the herb-infused meat to smoking it to add color and aroma, you can experience authentic sausage making like no other.

You can also sample freshly boiled and smoked sausages. The taste of sausages made entirely by hand without any additives is exceptional.
