Sake expert Yuzo Tsuchiya, a certified international sake taster and sakeology instructor, has visited sake breweries throughout Japan and carefully selected the best sake from each region.

In addition, cookery expert Kuniko Kikuchi will prepare seven dishes to bring out the best of these sakes. The dishes will bring out new possibilities for sake through the harmony of Japanese and Western flavors, such as the combination of cream cheese and unique Japanese ingredients.
