Participants will experience making vegetarian dishes at a kitchen venue in Shiba Park. Vegetarian cuisine is a type of vegetarian cooking that has been developed by Zen monks over a period of 700 years. This experience is led by one or more instructors for each small group, so you can rest assured that hygiene is taken care of. In this program, participants will learn the spirit of vegetarianism while actually preparing vegetarian dishes.
