At our shop, we offer a course that includes the experience of making sushi with your own hands.
Challenge yourself with the feeling of being a sushi chef, and enjoy the sushi you made along with the sushi prepared by a professional chef.

How to enjoy:
- Imitate the chef and try making sushi!
- Take commemorative photos with the sushi you made
- Add premium sushi (about 5 pieces, optional, payment on site) made by the chef to enjoy both a luxurious meal and the experience at once

Experience flow:
- Lecture from a craftsman (history of sushi, how to mold sushi rice, how to place the toppings)
- Try making sushi yourself! (around 8 pieces)
- Enjoy the sushi you made on the spot (compare with 2 pieces made by the craftsman)
- Commemorative photo session
