Summary

Learn sushi-making from a craftsman, compare the sushi you make yourself with the sushi made by the chef, and enjoy a fun time for both children and adults with a quiz battle along the way! Please enjoy the atmosphere for a full two hours in a shop that feels like you have slipped back in time to the Sengoku period.

Details

You can eat sushi made by skilled artisans and also enjoy dashimaki that is grilled right in front of you. Additionally, there is a corner where the artisans directly teach the sushi-making technique, allowing you to learn how to mold sushi. Furthermore, you can experience an endless sushi wonderland filled with surprises and excitement, including unique sushi battles!

All the sushi toppings are different types, totaling 10 plus extras. We provide the highest quality sushi toppings such as tuna and salmon! This is a greedy dream course where you can enjoy various types of sushi, Kobe beef, Matsusaka beef (Wagyu), caviar, crab tastings, and much more all at once.

Notes

Water and green tea are provided free of charge.
As a general rule, preschool children cannot participate in the experience.
Private bookings are possible for groups of six or more.
The course content may change depending on the season and availability of ingredients.

Our shop accepts reservations through multiple OTA booking sites and operates four courses daily.
In such cases, due to some malfunction, there is a possibility of duplicate bookings.
