"SUSHI MASTER Kyoto Kawaramachi" offers a unique experience where customers can make sushi themselves.

Using carefully selected high-quality ingredients, just like in a real sushi restaurant, you will learn from the beginning how to shape rice like a craftsman and create authentic nigiri sushi (tuna, salmon, yellowtail, egg, shrimp) and gunkan maki (ikura, crab flakes, negitoro).

Additionally, friendly Japanese staff (English speaking available) will joyfully explain the history of Japanese cuisine and sushi, the types of sushi, and the roles that vinegar and sake play in sushi culture.

After the experience, you can savor the sushi you made yourself along with carefully selected drinks.
