The meeting point is between the Hachiko Exit of JR Shibuya Station and the entrance to Shibuchika Basement Department Store. If guests exit JR Shibuya Station facing Shibuya Crossing, they will find their guide standing to the left, between these two landmarks.
Please note that the JR Hachiko Exit is different from the Hachiko Statue. The statue area is extremely crowded and is not our meeting point.
