Chasoba is a type of buckwheat noodle made from tea leaves.
In this workshop, you will experience how to make and eat chasoba, and experience the rich culinary culture of Japan.
This workshop will be held in Wazuka City, Kyoto Prefecture, a pristine area of tea fields away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
This town is also one of the famous production centers of Uji Sencha, a must-see for Sencha connoisseurs.
Visitors will be welcomed into a tea house and treated to the highest quality sencha tea.
First, the culture of tea buckwheat noodles is explained, and then the tea buckwheat noodles are made.
The experience also includes a dessert (rice cake, yatsuhashi, or shaved ice).
